I lube the round slightly and after cleaning I put a light coat in barrel....i always have a patch with some on it in a make shift field cleaning kit. ...makes a huge difference

Found out yesterday my dad is planning on going to camp tomorrow even bought new boots. Hopefully he feels good enough in the morning to come out. Sat we are hunting state land so he won't be going far from truck but Sunday I'm brining my quad so he can get to his spot without walking and hopefully that will help. I feel your pain all with dad's with health issues. I've hunted with my dad and uncle sence I can remember and bow have a 4 yr old who we take out for small game before deer opens. I pray for all dad's here and hope you are all able to create more memories with them. Me and my buddy and uncle will be there also and are hoping to drag out his buck for him this weekend...now only if he would stay awake long enough to see something lol....good luck all and prayers all heading toward everyone and their familys

Do you use bore butter in your traditions I had to in my old online made loading it easier and didn't affect the groups

I just bought the wolf and shot for first time this past weekend.. scoped with 3x9 on it...shoots awsome sending 5 in groups of as many as I want at 125 yrs after just a few rounds....easy to load clean and prime/deprime...i love it comfortable lightweight and easy to shoulder I'd recommend it in a heart beat

Had a spike come in around 430 no shot....walking out saw same spike getting chased by a dog right next to my truck lol....deer didn't look to mad about it was kinda playing

Thus hits home for me also as my dad only 48 is a kidney transplant patient of 25 years now and is having complications he's had multiple blood transfusions and liver failure because of his blood. He's been in and outta hospital sence April and isn't looking good to be able to hunt much if at all this year....it's a day by day situation with him dome days feels pretty good others can't walk talk sleep or eat it sucks royally....this will be first time in 16 years of me big game hunting he may not go with me and his brother. I hope I'm wrong but hopefully the drs figure this out so we can have many more togrther. My dad taught me everything I know and will be a sad opening day if he's not sitting next to a tree sleeping....praying for all here
