Took dad's 270 out on state land in 8n was there literally 25 min when a group Walked out and took this one at 50 yards ran 20 yards and done....put in truck went back out didn't see anything else- 45 replies

Went out today and filled one dmp in 8n...first deer with my dad's 270 glad I could get one with it

Been out last 2 days state land nothing no sign no Shots no deer....where are they all in 8n...never had it this slow even with fresh snow no fresh tracks nothing not good so far

Yep my mom and her best friend from HS leave tomorrow at 4am from canandaigua hit roc and buff and sometimes syracuse all in same day....once ordered pizza from the best buy line and had it delivered to the register.....damn crazy

Constructive criticism. ...you said it your sight needs some serious rework I'd like to see what you got going on up there but that sight is brutal.....good luck with it. Pics are all years old if I looked at it right

Well been out everyday seen deer almost daily but all to far as I'm a shotgun hunter. Saw the 10 pt we have been seeing today he was moving along about 200 yrd out....so I put on a slow stalk as wind was in my favor idk what he was after but never stopped never bedded. Followed for about hour and half before left the property. Lots and lots of movement but seems my timing is off and haven't sat much witch is probably part of the issue. ..back to second shift next week maybe the mornings will reward me the nights sure havent....

Movement seems good in so.tier fresh layer of snow tons of tracks had a guy walking loudly thru woods at 730....left guess I'll meet wife and kids for breakfast before heading to other spot for rest of day.......o and this was all after I showed up at work at 5am to work till 9am and had to leave as machine was down....o well lol guess I'll just put some extra time in at work tomorrow...
