  1. That’s my first tag yea, I have two weeks so I might swing down and hunt mule deer and bear too
  2. The only down side is the expense and maybe the lack of flexibility in fletching choice and configuration. Other than that they work fine.
  3. Agree, always a turn off when the beginning interactions are asking for something. I firmly believe that members are more likely and willing to help other members that has history in the community…in this case the forum
  4. I like number 2 and 3 for moose. My sample size is fairly small having only killed three. All with TAW set ups about 500 grains with fixed blade heads. Stay in that wheelhouse and you can’t go far wrong
  5. Quite and rain gear doesn’t really go together. However Sitkas thunderhead and downpour are about as quite as you will get for a functional rain gear. That said they do not perform as well as hard shells for extended periods of time. I like them though if I am just in a day hunt. If am flown in or packing in a hard shell will always win out.
  6. Even with the money there are plenty of guys that wouldn’t get off their asses and do it. Even more that anything harder then a side by side ride to deer stand is their limit for Exerting themselves
  7. Boarder is open British Columbia here I come
  8. Exactly I asked who was going that was it.
  9. Something got your panties a little “twisted “ ?
  10. I can understand how having convictions might be seem convoluted to someone without them.
  11. Fantastic turn out at the Banquet. Full house.
  12. If they were crossbow advocates then I wouldn’t be a member. I wouldn’t Expect an archery hunting organization to advocate against archery. I’ll be sure to drop a few more donations so we can keep up the hard work
  13. Anyone going to the Banquet and meeting in early May? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. What a moronic thread comparing professionals doing a prescribed burn to some idiot getting drunk drinking Miller light burning shit in his backyard.
  15. Crossbows for the Elderly and disabled only. If someone wants to bow hunt go bow hunt. Nothing stopping you except yourself.
  16. Great work. Keep up the fight, our archery season is worth the effort
  17. Pretty sure I seen on another forum that was covered for others under warranty
  18. Tonights Early Dinner before work. Found some beautiful imported pappardelle at Pellegrino in Albany. So I made Pappardelle Bolognese with venison sausage and fennel.
  19. Ruben's must be in the air Had great day yesterday. Spent the morning with the family while some Venison Pastrami was in the smoker. I grilled some Rubens for dinner
  20. Unfortunately, you're correct. With the trend towards participation trophies for everyone, and catering to the lowest common denominator I do believe that at some point there will be full inclusion.
  21. Quite frankly I can care less what your opinion is. I don't believe they should be allowed in the archery season except for the elderly or disabled. They add too much efficacy to the season and will lead to reduced opportunities for bowhunting regardless of the type of bow chosen.
  22. Na, typing with just my thumb on phone is about all the effort this argument is worth here. I can give two shits what a rude asshole like yourself thinks of my grammar.
