I personally think that the low carb diet is not healthy, nor is a high protein diet.. carbs are what give you energy to do the things you need to do... they are the first things to be used up by your body... lots of the processed breads, and pastas (carbs) are not glutin free and that is what actually hinders weight loss... eating natural breads and pastas and other glutin free carbohydrates is much better... it really isn't so much the carbs that are bad just the glutins added. Being italian you can only imagine how much I love bread and pasta.. I eat it all the time.. but I only eat natural glutin free stuff... staying away from high sugar products is way more productive for weight loss that giving up carbs... watching your calorie intake makes it easier to eat the foods you like and not put on added pounds... once you get in a routine of eating correctly and not over-eating... keeping your weight down is much easier.

What a beauty!!

There is a difference between being thin, being in shape, and being healthy... if your workout and diet is to stay healthy.. the rest will usually fall into place on there own. If you're trying to bulk up or trying to become a linebacker in the NFL... we're talking about a whole different workout and diet.

Now that was funny!! LMAO

I have eaten deer from all over NY ... I usually don't eat raw meat, so how any deer tastes is entirely dependent on the cook.... I have had fawn that has tasted awful, and 8 year old buck that has been delicious... it's all about the cook my friends.

Too many hunters think seeing deer or not seeing deer is a reflection of the actual population.. nothing is farther from the truth... for every 10 deer you didn't see last hunting season, someone else saw 20 and vice versa... seeing deer and not seeing deer is more a reflection of what you are doing or not doing as a hunter and sometimes just plain dumb luck. I live in the country where my huge yard backs up to several hundred acres of woods and I have never seen a deer in my yard in 20 years... using the "I haven't seen any deer" theory... I would have to conclude that there are no deer behind my house... yet I have taken many deer in the woods behind my home over the last 20 years... as for changes in amount of deer seen year to year... habitats change, travel patterns change, nothing ever stays the same.

You aren't kidding tough... I mean.. who doesn't like a big ol' donut?? right?? The cool thing about getting your diet in order is that an occasional donut doesn't have to turn into a fat ass...lol BTW.. I can't remember the last time I had a donut!! It's been years.. I'm about due!!

This guy should not be handling a pistol . . .

To shoot yourself in the leg I would think would be hard while loading.. simply because of the way one would normally hold a pistol to take out the clip... but stranger things have happened I guess... maybe the guy was just not too smart... well at least not smart enough to keep from shooting himself in the leg... no matter how it happened.. -

WNY... diet is a huge part of getting in shape... the old saying you are what you eat is very true. I personally think its the most important part of any workout program... learning how to eat properly really makes you feel great and gives you a lot of energy... and makes the working out part work much faster... I love to eat, but I've learned how to eat properly... eating right helps eliminate the weight fluxuations that most people have and develops a better metabolism... and you don't have to deprive yourself of all the foods that you really enjoy... just learn when and how much of those foods you can eat as part of your regular diet.

What kind of pistol can go off WHILE you're loading it??? Certainly not a revolver... and I don't know of any autos that fire with the clip out... I'm wondering if the gun went off while he was putting it in the holster or tucking it in his pants. Could very well have been a malfunction.. but no mention of that. -

I would say those two workouts are about the best for getting in shape...
-
Very true... not to mention everyones goal is different... if you're looking to bulk up.. I mean serious bulking.. then heavy weight is the way... just getting in shape doesn't require that... in fact you don't need weights at all to get stronger and tone up... body resistance is just as affective... losing fat and toning muscle will give you that ripped look... just practicing your martial arts, along with some simple resistance training using your own body weight is a great work out... and it never hurts to toss in some extra cardio for endurance... take a look at the body of a gymnast sometime... gymnasts do not lift anything but their own body weight... a simple rutine of push-ups, pull-ups, dips, leg lifts, crunches and about 30 mins of cardio with the right diet... will get you looking and feeling good in no time. It is normal to experience some muscle soreness in the beginning of any new workout, if you're finding it hard to move the next day.. you're working too hard. Oh yeah, and stretching is very important!!

Nobody knows what RSS age is plus this kid is not being a dick.. just telling his story... not even close to the same thing.. not to mention you and steve seem to have the same MO in each thread regardless of who it is... starting to wonder how old you two are.
-
That might be a lot to ask from some here... kinda makes ya wonder what age groups we're dealin' with here... certainly not adults with some of the childish remarks made towards a 16 year old kid...
