The Coleman extreme I bought last year keeps ice way longer than any cooler I've ever owned... I saw an independent 10 day comparison test on YouTube a while back and it performed as good or better than all the other $400 coolers and it only cost me $40. I love it!

The DEC doesn't just shoot animals that have bad legs and give them away... nor should they... mother nature can handle things quite well on her own. Unless she becomes a problem of course for the public then that is a different situation.

Yeah I am with you about getting to old to lose sleep over any of this... and yes the future of hunting will be what it is in spite of me... I really am having too much fun hunting lately to really get all rapped up anymore in the ongoing arguments of the ignorant NY hunter. All hunter's have opinions, but most hunters form those opinions on baseless hearsay... it's like looking into a Kaleidoscope with your ears just listening to all the crap sometimes. If you think about it... most of us would use our guns not only to protect our family, but our country as well... we protect the 2nd amendment because it protects us from those that would take away our freedoms... there would be no reason for anyone to think that we would turn our guns against a government fighting to maintain freedom for its people... unless that government had thoughts of taking away those freedoms from its people. Understanding that... the only reason a government would try to disarm its citizens would be if they were concerned that the people might turn those guns against the government.. and the only reason they would be concerned would be if they knew something we didn't know... like plans for taking those freedoms from the people. Deep.. HUH? Might take a bit to understand what I just said.

I think this has more to do with his age than anything... remember how much more we knew about everything when we were 30 years old... I remember myself being the smartest man in the world back then... as I grew older my elders began seeming much smarter. LOL

I think those that are killing coyotes for the reason of eliminating them from the habitat... are probably not concerned about the pups and would kill them as well if given the chance. You've seen it here and probably heard the cry by some of the deer hunters to "Kill 'em all! The only good coyote is a dead coyote". That is a lot of the mentality we are dealing with in NY.

The ozone healed itself huh? You do realize that many other countries still use R22 and CFC's including two of the largest countries, China and Russia... but somehow you believe the discontinued use by the US saved the day and healed the entire ozone layer by itself... Love Canal was a chemical dumping spot... that's something you could touch, feel and see... you didn't have to take anyone's word for it. The ozone layer was the crisis 20 years ago, now we have global warming (aka climate change) to take it's place to justify the nonsense of the EPA. The government is all worried about the air we breath, but does nothing to stop things like GMO's and the use of chemicals in our food ... All government agencies are nothing more than governmental Bulls--t designed to give crony friends jobs and nothing more. None of their science can be trusted!!
