Did for sets last night. My son came with us so was really hoping for some action. Ended up calling in 3 red fox and 1 unknown. Heard 1 yote howl, first yote sounds ive heard in weeks. Fun night with no shooting.

Hopefully headed out tonight. Would like to get one with the rifle my wife got me for Christmas this year.

Took my son out back to shoot his 7-08 that he got for christmas. He wanted to shoot at 200 yards, he didnt disappoint. He shot one 3 shot group, i adjusted the scope and this was the results of his 2nd 3 shot string. Pretty proud of him. We then blasted a bunch of .22s. Nice day in stock at home.

Well im 6.5 grendel biased, so its my vote. Ive taken 3 deer with it and my son took a fallow doe last year with one. 2 deer with hornady black 123eldm and 2 with 100gr nosler ballisic tip handloads. 2 from a 20" barrel and 2 from a 16" barrel.

Enough to aquire more...

Its the hole spacing on the lower and upper that will not match up. Check out bkingsfirearms.com ive bought from them and have been very happy with price and speed of shipping. Not sure what his inventory looks like but i know he usually has matched sets.

Had a tom and 3 hens walk through my front yard yesterday morning. Definitely pumped for may 1!

My suggestion was to buy a matched stripped ar10 set. You can build from there.

Bulk ammo may be hard to come by at the moment. After toilet paper sold out ammo started to sell out.

If your building a ar10 its easier to just buy a matched set, upper and lower. Always been interested in building a 18" 308.

I get 5 3/8ths between eye piece and objective.

You ever buy something nice then come across a crazy deal 2 weeks later on something nicer...well thats what happened here. We have a new mounted but never shot Leupold VXR 3-9×40 30mm tube with Ballistic firedot reticle. Selectable brightness via button on left of the scope, dot will turn off after i belive 5 minutes of no movement, then turns on after its moved. Or you can turn it off by holding the button down. $400 firm, less than i paid 2 weeks ago. Shipping extra.

A bolt gun in 6.5prc, not 100% on the round but thats the front runner at the moment. Starting with a trued 700 action and going from there.
