  1. I found this bad boy on a trip to Memphis a few years ago. It was like 16 or 17 inches. Im sure it’s not the strangest thing for TSA to see as carry-on luggage. We gave it to my parents and they use it weekly for pizza.
  2. Maybe your niece can buy your buddy's house.
  3. I googled the video right before I had it done… big mistake!
  4. Corneal cross linking. “Surgery” was a bit dramatic… more of a procedure. Healing went well, worst part was headaches from trying to work this week with one good eye.
  5. Corned venison hash… what a way to start the weekend!
  6. Classic plates! I grew up with those and have them somewhere in the basement. Still use the cereal bowls.
  7. Will the venison donation coalition even give you any meat when you roll up in a Raptor??
  8. Just think... if you threw them all into a bag in the freezer you'd have a decent meal.
  9. Rib cage isn't split... That's not backstrap
  10. Like anything else… the bigger the deer the bigger the cut of meat. But as long as it’s not damaged or dried out… it’s edible.
  11. I don’t know man… check it out next time. Either way… that’s the cut of meat I was talking about. Pretty good if you cut it out right away.
  12. Green and red circles… both cuts of meat. Both called tenderloins? And the one I cooked up came from the red area (of a different deer)
  13. Nope. I do cut those out and label them as eye of the round. But red circle came from inside the chest cavity, along the spine toward the front of the deer. The other larger cuts came from further back along the spine - the tenderloins.
  14. First pic backstraps, second pic tenderloin and in red circle = what I’m talking about.
  15. Small strips of meat along spine inside rib cage… what’s the correct name? Inner loins?
  16. Just a Blue light… a Guinness woulda been great!
  17. Corned venison meal. It coulda used one more day in the brine and one more hour on the stove… but I’m inpatient. Pumped for hash with the leftovers this weekend.
  18. You still gonna rock your GAY jersey this weekend???
  19. Any update on this case? If it was as egregious as it sounds, I'd like to think it would be made public as a deterrent.
  20. That was a great game. I watched on a flight home from the west coast. Most of the plane was watching and having a great time.
  21. So I’m assuming a 5lber in NY would beat the record.
  22. Doe “front tenderloins” over stir-fry noodles and broccoli.
  23. I'm assuming you quoted me because you sent me some venison schnitzel. Can't wait for it to get here! Looks great tho... I'll attempt it sometime.
