Best snook of the week went to my Dad… man they are fun to catch!

Despite high winds, rough waters, and canceled charters… we made it out fishing. Got out 14 miles and had action all day. Landed a bunch of big grouper that were out of season, and went home with plenty of snapper. Inshore fishings been good all week. I’ll miss the Florida fishing, weather, and sunsets.

My wife wanted to go to this show, but now she'll be out of town that weekend. I plan on going with a buddy... but I figured I'd see if anyone on here would enjoy them more. We've seen him before and he's great. He's a fairly clean comic, so this would be ok for older kids/teens. Tickets are for the 7PM show. I’m going in with zero expectations… I’ll be set up in a little permanent ground blind and I’ll keep the range short. I haven’t turkey hunted in years, so I’d be happy just to see one (or just to sneak in a few relaxing mornings in the woods)

So if I go out on a unproductive turkey hunt... what kind of broadhead am I using? Fixed, mechanical, or does it not matter.

We did 18 pizzas and 2 s’more pies. Can’t beat an ooni. But we’re discussing a second one.

It’s Ooni season again! Going for a record number of pies. We’ve got 16 adults and 12 kids to feed tonight!

Felt good to be in the woods before sunrise to move some stands. Now it’s time for breakfast.

YUP… l’ve got a bunch. Puma skinner and Bowie were 2 of my first good knives. My friend @Nomad is gonna leave my his white hunter in his will so I can display all 3 of them someday.
