    Gotta hunt em where they are now. If I see activity at a certain stand this time of year I hunt it. Wind is certainly a factor but not as critical to me as getting where they are especially when the chase is on . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    When I was a kid I would feed my neighbors two dogs and let them out in the yard. They loved to see me on my way in ,but the shepherd would bite me when I would leave. So I would get his toy and throw it into the living room as I exited. Brings back memories. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    My son and nephew went out last night. Nephew sat in stand where my son got his 7. Saw a basket 6 at 4:30 pm quartering to him at 32 yards, wasn't comfortable and let him walk. He saw zip this am. My son was out with shotgun for turkeys saw a few too far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Just saw something pretty cool, while watching my 100 chipmunk scurry around and thinking where are the predators to thin them out . A medium sized owl swooped down and grabbed one right off a log, about 30 yards away. Also heard my first rifle shot in distance / youth hunt . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sons buck he shot on Friday 9:20 am. Following a basket six, shot at 15 yds. Weighed 167 with guts out.

    I built some similar blinds and have them for years. One blind in particular has been hit hard by porcupines. Just curious what did you use to trap those bastards. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
