Had some success with tinks 69 . Last year on Veterans Day I sprayed some buck bomb tinks and had a basket 6 run to my tree and stop breathing with mouth open. I have used it several times prior with no luck. My luck has been more Miss than hit with scents. But I'll probably buy some evercalm give it a try. And I'll have a tinks buck bomb as well. Reminds of my oldest sons first deer , he was 16 and had grandpa's Marlin 336 in 35 Remington. A 3 point buck stood broadside at 75 yards. I was looking at buck through binoculars while he was lining up the shot, he fired and the buck flinched and ran off . He looks at me with blood running down his face grinning from ear to ear. The buck went about 50 yards and we found him easy track in the snow. He had a story and a scar, what more could you ask for. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My son and nephew out this am 28 degrees and no breeze. My nephew had two doe and a 6 point at 30 yards. He said buck grunted at the smaller doe twice. He passed on buck. My son had a big doe cross below him at first light. At around 8 am my nephew saw this guy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Moog,I passed on a buck several years ago during archery that I was pissed at myself for doing that. But I was fortunate enough to take him during gun season. So you never know . Criminals are not the least bit concerned about gun laws. Drugs are also illegal and readily available to those that want them, gun laws will only restrict the law abiding and will not deter those hell bent on mayhem. I have a lease in Georgia and the land is baited with corn n we also have food plots. I have only see lil ones n does at the corn feeders during legal shooting hours. The thing is everyone baits surrounding our land so it's not the draw you think it is. Food plots the same thing and I've hunted all phases of the rut. Theory is keep the does coming in and you will see bucks. I hunt mostly travel corridors and rarely hunt the stands with feeders, unless I'm looking for a doe for the freezer. My opinion on NY is I know people around me bait, but I don't think their success is any better than mine without it.
