    Look for county or town websites in the areas you interested in. See if you can find recent transfer data. If the info is available, that will at least give you recent data for what certain parcels/sizes are actually selling for.

    Location, location, location. I bought my first 7 acre parcel in Steuben for $750/acre in the 90's. Today, (without the house that's currently sitting there) it would probably fetch $2000/acre at best. In Greece, NY it would probably fetch $15,000/acre. Or more.

    I haven't necessarily felt out of breath, but extreeeeemely fatigued. Cut the grass for two hours on Saturday, all on a riding mower and had to take a 2 hour nap afterwards.

    Pulled a dozen cards yesterday. I only went through about half of them, but he's the star of the show so far. Got quite a few pics of him on multiple cams over a month's time. Didn't see him on the last pull, but he's definitely hanging around. For now anyways.

    Yesterday was the one month month mark since I caught the stupid China virus. I went back to work after my 2 week quarantine, but one month out, I'm still not right. I get exhausted doing the simplest things, and everything still tastes and smells funny.

    I have quite a few black locust trees and they started turning brown a couple of weeks ago. This morning was 47 degrees on top of the hill and it was "snowing" leaves when I left this morning. Made me feel like I'M NOT READY!

    Funnel cloud is looking across the road from our daughter's house in southern NJ last evening. The destroyed houses are from 2 miles away from her. They just had some tree limbs come down in the yard. Truly hit or miss.
