On vacation as of Friday night... Can't WAIT to get out there.... This work thing gets in the way way to often...

I'm thinking my two blinds are crushed under the weight of the snow.. couldn't get out there before the storm to save them...

Lost power for 2 days... Didn't make it out hunting.... but I start my vacation this coming weekend.. so I'll be out every day!!

I think you will find the difference comes at night or low light... then the higher priced cameras do a lot better... but yes, these pics are good.

I don't have a smart phone.. but I use it on my computer before going out to see what the wind will be doing at my stand locations... I love this site...

Son saw 1/2 a 10 point two weekends ago... don't know what is going on this year...

I think instead of AR's, it should be a 1 buck rule for the year... if you want to shoot a 1 horned 3" spkie for your buck.. go right ahead.. but thats it.. Give out doe permits based on populations and be done with it... I have my own rules for AR's on myself... If I go years without killing a buck I don't mind, I fill my freezers with doe's, I try to fill all my doe tags every year... But again, that is my "rules" I have for me...

I don't hunt without my can call.... I use a grunt tube and rattling horns but if you only gave me one call to use, i would pick the can call...

I always put mind at waist height, facing North (to avoid sun shots) and try to angle it on the trail... Hope thsat helps.

NICE!!!! Can anyone confirm this though??? I "try" not to shoot small bucks and with the cameras telling me the buck:doe ratio on this farm is like 1:12 I figure a few extra does in my freezer and leaving a buck or two to grow will only make it better next year...

If you don't fill your rifle buck tag during the regular dfirearm season, can you use it during the muzzle loader season???

I think if people don't want AR's then it should be 1 buck for the year... period... that will help a lot as well..

Took this doe in the 25 mph wind on Saturday at 5:15pm, shot was 20 yards broadside, she went maybe 60 yards... Rage through the cage for sure... First Rage kill for me, was using them instead of Slick Trick's due to the wind, figured they would be less effected in case the shot was a bit further...

The state certainly gives hunter the opportuntiy to follow QDM, by allowing the harvesting of does during Archery/Muzzleloader and most zones giving out DMP permits, the idea of shooting a small buck for meat when most adult does are bigger than a yearling buck is there, just some guys have that testosterone gain when they tell people "I got my buck" (even though it is a spike or small 4 point)... The farm I hunt, most guys shoot every buck that comes by if they have tags... sad.. but oh well.. as 1 of 15 guys on 1000 acre farm, my choice to pass small bucks does little or nothing to improve the bucks on that farm...

Best to get a new sight.. take you no time to get it dialed in..
