I would say the German shorthaired pointer probably fits the bill for the best all around hunting dog, they are great for upland birds they can point retrieve what ever you want, again they can hunt waterfowl and make good retrievers. They can be trained for other small game such as rabbits, they can we used for blood trailing and hunting other big game where legal. They are called pointers but are really a versatile hunting dog. Someone else mentioned the wirehaired pointing griffon. They also fall into this category. I just think the short hair of a GSP makes it easier to deal with. Oh Incase you can’t tell my opinion is complete unbias Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

This is always one of my favorites. Today I did a neck roast and a shank. Was going to bring them to my aunts house for Christmas Eve dinner. Turns out I can’t go, my one year old has a fever and my cousin is going through cancer treatments. Not good to bring germs around him. Guess I’ll be eating this for dinner tonight Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Never actually lost a hand gun, but brought my Ruger 22 mark III to camp one weekend. Packed it in my duffle bag and went home. Forgot it was there never unpacked the bag. Fast forward two weeks I want to bring it back up to camp. Couldn’t find it. Tore my house apart like a mad man. Wife got really pissed as I was literally tossing the couch at one point. Gave up after 2 hours was gunna check at camp even though I was sure I brought it home. Went to pack my duffel. Found gun.... sat on bedroom floor laughing for 20 min Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I own one and love it, but I wouldn’t say it draws like a dream. It actually has a pretty steep hill to overcome, but on the other hand once you do the letoff is amazing. I can stay at full draw for ever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
