I saw on the news the other night that UPS is getting swamped with Christmas orders. Might want to take that into consideration when shipping it. Nice gesture on your part...sure he would appreciate it.

They ship with dry ice....................never had any problems with them. There food always comes frozen solid.

I sent some venison to my brother in Myrtle Beach one year. I had an old Styrofoam cooler from Omaha Steaks that I wrapped in brown paper and addressed it to him. I filled it with venison and dry ice and took it to UPS. The shipping rates vary by how quick you want it there.

I never watched the show but I did see a guy at a gun show selling these for $30.00. I had no clue as to what it was until he explained it to me. It is a cool weapon though.

I live in Poughkeepsie. I have a bird feeder going year round in my back yard. I've had 10 pointers in my back yard too. I've even hung a couple of trail cameras to catch the action. Have I ever hunted in my back yard ? No. Will I ? No. Have I ever been tempted ? You bet your ass. But to me it wouldn't be hunting. Should he be ticketed ? Sure....I think a $1000.00 fine would remove the temptation for the next time. For him to lose lifetime hunting privileges would be way too extreme. The guy who dropped a dime better watch his back.

I saw these photos on another site and thought I would share it here. I can't verify any of it other than to say that there's some real beauties.

My personal best is this late bow season 10 pointer in 2003 that scored 129. One of my most memorable bucks is the 8 pointer who got the last laugh a few years ago. The s.o.b. died in the middle of the creek and I had to wade in waist deep to retrieve him. These are pictures of pictures.
