I've eaten bear meat a few times........won't lose any sleep over it if I never eat it again .

Absolutely the best deer butcher , hands down , by far is Malafy's imo. I've used numerous deer butchers over the years and no one comes even close to the job Malafy's does . I dropped off my buck on Saturday morning and it was ready this afternoon. -

Not sure it's a good idea to have trail camera's near your sets. They might avoid the area due to the metal / plastic odors from your camera's.

I would suggest hunting with the thermals...up high in the morning , down low in the evening.

I think your right . The G3's look different to me , but it's very hard to tell for sure.

Sometimes canines can smell a dirty trap and will uncover it without firing them. To add insult to injury , sometimes they'll defecate on your trap after they uncover it .

A spine shot drops them in their tracks too.....wouldn't advocate them either.
