  11. yes mink, muskrat, stoat and skunk. I've heard about beaver on the north shore but never seen one. I can't believe how big a fisher is. I saw a bearcat in a ecology center and thought it was cool looking i'd love to see a wild fisher.
  12. I love the flag and what it stands for and fly'm high everywhere I can. this is my niece September 14th after I explained what happen.
  13. i'm hoping to hook up with something like this when I retire and move up there, I'll fill in a few days here and there to hunt private land and it doesn't have to include deer but i'd take that too. I've been running heavy equipment for 20+ yrs. and get a kick out of someone telling me I busted my butt today!!!! "no I didn't the dozer did the work" good hit buckmaster with that cdl in your pocket you'll never be out of work.
  14. sorry read that wrong my deer rifles are all factory set triggers I have a ruger 10/22 that I had polish down to a 21/4 pound pull and love it.That gun almost went bye bye with the factory pull then someone told me about getting it lightened up. I also have a tc encore with a 21/4 pound pull it's just a muzzle loader now but I had a 3006 barrel for it. funny thing I hated the 21/2 pound pull on my ruger 22/45.
  15. that's awesome, it defiantly looks like a woodchuck. I don't know about yotes but dogs carry there pups by the neck.
  16. My nephew sent me the picture of a white squirrel he keeps seeing on campus up in Troy ny. I don't think I'd shoot a white one or black one if I saw one. It's pretty cool looking.
  17. I swapped out the vx1 for vx2. I've also been trying different hand loads. I'm not the greatest shooter and always learning with that and reloading. I've only been at it for a few years I never take offense to advise. It's the only way to learn.
  18. I was going to get a tiger gp 100 this year but have to many projects already. I do love shooting my single six .22
  19. Thanks I've been working with the loads these past few weeks and tightened it up a bit. The four loose ones are off hand shots something I need to work on.
  20. ruger 10/22 had the trigger polished 2 1/4 pound pull makes it a dream to shoot. I've been eyeing up a cz American 455 combo
  21. looks like a katydid I've been seeing green ones all over the place this past few weeks.maybe a pink one which is rare https://www.insectidentification.org/insect-description.asp?identification=Katydid http://mudfooted.com/pink-insect-katydid/
