  1. Your interpretation of the elephant walk is different from mine. What I was told was one hand behind you holding the guy behind you, one hand in front of you with your thumb (your trunk) in the guy in front of you.
  2. I was a frat boy. No elephant walks or ookie cookie for me. Heck, I never even heard of the ookie cookie till Biz just ruined my breakfast. As far as ookie cookie, why would one be punished for stamina?

Half way through Umbrella Academy right now. Looks good so far but I'll wait till I'm finish before recommending it.
  4. NYBowhunter enters the fray. All of you are going to have to come together and have a circle jerk off. The rest of the forum GTG will be the judges.

For the South Park/ Family Guy fan I would actually go with 1. Paradise PD and 2. Disenchantment (which was produce by the same people who produced Simpson and Futurama). I liked MindHunter too. Docuseries, I really like Rotten.

Black Mirror, Sense 8, Stranger Things, The Haunting of Hill House, Daredevil and Punisher to name a few off the top of my head. I'm sure I'll think of a few more.
  7. Sorry for your lost. Mental health is serious.

  10. The loser comes back later with 10 of his friends and catch the winner when he isn't looking. Fights now a days are rarely one on one.
  11. https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/1263?s=1&r=46 Doesn't say anything about bolt-actions but what's messed up is that there is absolutely no details on this. Leaves it completely open.
  12. As much as I dislike AOC, she is being taken out of context here. What I got from her words was that she was saying that if we don't fix the climate, the future is going to be so bad that you wonder if you want to raise kids in such a place. No stop having kids to fix the climate. Her actual quote: “Our planet is going to face disaster if we don’t turn this ship around. And so it’s basically like, there is a scientific consensus that the lives of children are going to be very difficult and it does lead, I think young people, to have a legitimate question. You know, should – is it ok to still have children?”
  13. You downgraded from White Castles to this?
  14. If I would have known beer pong was on the itinerary...I'm a bit of a silent assassin.
  15. Dom, so sorry to hear about your lose. My condolences.

  18. Fans tend to view contracts on a year to year basis and not see the contract as a whole. Let's say a 4 year, $60 million dollar a year deal to make it simple. That comes to $15 million per year. Just for argument sakes, lets say it is expected that the player's production will drop in years 3 and 4 but he is in his prime years at years 1 and 2. If the team pays him $20 million a year for years 1 and 2 and only $10 million a year for years 3 and 4 then fan wouldn't mind it as much. Well, imagine that same deal but the team decided to defer $5 million a year to the end of the contract. In finance, that is actually beneficial to the team and not to the player. One GM puts it as that in a long term contract, the team is expected to get it's value in the first 75% of the length of the contract. The rest is just a signing bonus that was deferred. I would also add that if played right, they can probably off load it to make it another teams problem. The deferred money is what a lot of fans don't understand. A lot of people still make fun of the fact that the Mets are still paying Bobby Bonilla due to their buy out. In reality, the Mets saved money in that deal and Bobby actually lost value.
  19. Since coming to the Yanks, he's been a 25 HR type of hitter and plays plus defense in CF. For $10 million a year it seems fair. WAR is all the rage and he's a 3-4 WAR player. I think his age 36 season will not look as worth while but it's like deferred salary.
  20. You knees and shin is unreasonably clean, it's scary. Mines filled with old scars and bruises. Something's not right.
