So... this is not tonights dinner but I am making preps for wednesday... I am going to make venison swedish meatballs for my family. I want everything to be homemade, so I am making the beef / veggy broth from scratch now.. house smells wonderful!

How to properly season a cast iron pan

I have a few old cast iron pans that need seasoning... Ill try to remember taking a few pics and share them here. I do not think they are as old as yours, Bionic. Lots of folks collect theses and there is a few good Youtube channels out there that show how to restore and season, even cook with them. I do remember seeing that Erie pans are very collectable too. I think you have a winner there -

The lobster ravioli... boy does that look good. I get mine at the Lockport Produce Market at Transit and Millersport. Not the same brand but Ill bet it is just as good! I may take a ride out there tomorrow....

I grew up within a minutes walk from Bocces on Baily... both brothers worked there and they both brought home fresh pies that no one showed to pick up. Bocces was a staple food!
