In stand 2 min.doe 5 yards.dark as heck.spike at 15 yards.knew something was up n couldnt draw back on em.2 doe 80 yards on move about 30 min ago.oh what a morning -

Agreed.last season i only saw a buck and single doe.no shot as they busted me.that was it all season.hoping i can find some land in scottville where im currently living.hard to come by

Well said guys.i guess the way i look at it on the piece of property i hunt is if you dont shoot ur chances of getting a deer that year are slim.for instance last year i saw a 6pt and a doe that snuck up behind me and busted me so no shot.the rest of the season i saw nothing.been the same every single year.the biggest buck i have ever gotten or seen on the property is the one in my profile pic.by no means am i trying to shoot something "small".but if the opportunity for a well placed shot presents itself im not hesitating.if i had seen more bucks with a range on age and size id probably wait.but thats not the case.motto=if its brown its down

Couple seasons back i had 2 small doe 30 yards in front of me mowing around eating.giving multiple shots i could have taken.big doe 80 yards away.figured i would wait for the bigger one to wonder in.big mistake.they walked off and didnt see a deer for the rest of the season.if its brown its down!

830 had a doe sneak in behind me 40yrd.no shot.went opposite direction.5 min later red fox came thru.was too slow taking phone out of pocket for pic
