    All the right conditions, but an uneventful morning sit anyway. It was nearly dead calm. Oh well, it still beat working on a Monday morning! I'll pass on tomorrow with the rains and see what I can carve out for Wed or Thur.

    Not this, holy hell. We've got driving sideways rain and steady winds at 15+ mph. Supposed to double that after lunch time with gusts at 50 mph. Pretty sure there won't be any leaves left on the trees by tomorrow. lol

    Everything changed when their CEO went rogue and starting paying gun control lobbyists. Since then, I went in once and used them to try out some new xbows then walked out. That company will never make a profit off me again unless they clean house of all the flaming Liberal gun grabbers!

    I was holding center of the yellow circle to test the zero out of the box. I definitely wasn't expecting it to shoot frikken laser beams! No shared shots on target after the first 3.

    First 3 shots out of the box at 20 yds. I think I'm good for Sunday.

    Depends on your skill set with that xbow. I'd zero and practice at the ranges you expect to take a shot. I passed up a big-bodied 6 pt last year because I never practiced at 35-40 yds where I ranged him chasing a doe.

    Look on the bright side, with all this rain you can sleep in a little longer and take your scent-free shower on the walk in to your stand.

    Just bumped something with a large ass and white flag while checking a new cam. At least it didn't blow. Way too green and leafy in here to get a clear line of sight. Cam didn't record anything either so at least I had a visual confirmation of daytime movement.
