Hey guys, I have a chance at a 50 cal ML barrel for my Encore. I was told it is a 209 barrel and does not have the speed breech. The price seems pretty good, but I am just not sure if this barrel is a good one or not as I have zero ML experience. Id like to hear from someone with more ML experience and what their thoughts are. Thanks.

This was the spare wheel/tire from our 98 Cherokee Classic. It was used for a total of less than 1000 miles and is in close to perfect condition. The size is 215-75R15. We dont need it any longer as we have gone away from the alloy wheels. $50

I am looking to sell an Adams Trail-A-Bike that I bought to help my daughter learn to ride without training wheels. It works great and is in pretty good shape. It has some minor surface rust on the handlebars and some scratches here and there. The handlebars could be cleaned up pretty easy or just sanded down and painted. $75

I have a fox mount for sale. Its a fox I shot last year. I really wasnt expecting the mount to be as big as it is, plus my fiance hates it. Its nice work though, and would look great in a shop or cabin or something. Im not looking to make anything on it, just trying to get my money back. $200 or best offer.

I have that same light. I use it for predator hunting. Its nice because it has 2 different modes, flood and spot. I use the flood light mode to pick up eye shine, then hit the spot light once they are in range to make the shot. It will last for a whole night of hunting. I havent really had time to spotlight deer this year, so I havent tried it for that. It is a nice size, not too big and light weight, so its not a burden to carry or have in the car. The one complaint I have is how the red filter attaches. It does not stay in place and falls off as soon as you move the light. Theres a simple fix though, just use a wrap of electrical tape and its all set. I dont really even use my big 2 million candlepower incandescent light anymore.

First of all, thank you for not fixing something that wasn't broken. I formatted my reply the way I did because I wanted to. Next, I want to suggest that you look up the definition of ethics so that in the future you can use the term correctly. There is nothing in that definition that regards "opinion", and there is nothing that regards laws or the legal system in any way. So your quote from Ted (and your additional comments) are dead wrong when you continue to try to link ethics with the law. Also I'm sorry to hear that you think that using judgement is some kind of bad thing, but I think that you really are a bit more judgemental than you are letting on (at least I hope so). Unfortunately some people have taken a perfectly good word and assigned some inappropriate and incorrect negative connotations to it. But once again, look up the actual meaning and you will see that it is not something to be avoided. Look, I don't always get the meaning of words correct, but sometimes it is useful to understand the meaning of terms that comprise the core of the discussion. It simply helps avoid misunderstanding and false arguments. Also, I will say that I have a lot more respect for people who will speak up against something they find repugnant without hiding behind legality as the sole crutch and criteria for their code of ethics and refuse to take a stand. Also, there is nothing honorable about sitting silently without speaking out against something that you find personally offensive. If you have any kind of code of ethics and you feel that some practice or attitude crosses over that line, I would hope that you would not just sit there like a lump simply because it has never been turned into law. I am moving into our new house this weekend and I will be setting up a work area in the basement for working on my guns and bows, etc and am probably going to use some old countertops for that. Out in the garage, however, Im going to use stainless or regular steel tops for my work benches. On the steel tops, I might coat them with bedliner so I dont have to worry about rust. Hmmmm, that would be way cheaper than stainless.

I am pretty much in the same boat at this point. Other than a couple of other things, I cant stop thinking about hunting at this point.

The problem is, there are exceptions to the outside the ears rule as well. Ive seen mature bucks that have racks that are tall and narrow, and non-typicals that stay inside the ears as well.

Wow. Ok , let me explain it to you another way. If you disagree with the law, or wish for a change to be made, then go through the channels to help those changes be made. No need for politicians to decide everything, remember, they work for US, not the other way around. And I never said laws were the same as ethics, ethics are nothing more than your opinion based on how you were raised and what the rules in your area are. For example baiting isnt allowed in NY, so most people here have the opinion that it isnt right to do, in other words, that it isnt ethical. People in Texas were brought up being able to hunt over bait, and they see nothing wrong with it, or that it is ethical. I have only said one thing that I feel is ethical or not in this discussion, following the game laws is ethical and breaking the game laws is not. The chart I saw a bunch of pages back, seems to show that in the AR areas, the 1.5 take is down by quite a bit. Can you point me in the right direction to the numbers you are drawing your info from? Im looking for numbers from the AR areas, not the state as a whole, btw. Why are you only considering AR WMUs when almost all of the state is non-AR. Your previous reply wasn't about AR areas. I thought we were talking about this general mythical AR acceptance (demand even) across the state. I haven't heard of any sudden drop in 1.5 yr old harvest statewide. Have you? You can only compare pre and post AR numbers for a given area to see why people would support them. That clip was meant to do nothing other than draw interest in the episode and get people to watch. Thats what a teaser is for. I highly doubt D&DH is looking to make an enemy in Ted Nugent. Like I said, if you are going to base your opinion upon a 1 minute clip from a 20ish minute show about a subject, then I dont see how your opinion could possibly be an educated one. I do see it as a trend in alot of people to jump to conclusions quickly without all of the information on a given subject. If you are basing your opinion on something from a sound byte or clip that small, then I wouldnt really care what your opinion was lol. BTW, I am not talking about you in case it came off wrong.
