On at noon today on ESPN , I don't think I eat 70 hot dogs in 5 years . My two girls love it, they start chanting and everything. The announcer is a riot too,he gets in to it big time . Indy 500 on memorial day and hot dogs on the 4th . Two nice family traditions we started .

Keep an eye on the AL west, Texas is now 4.5 games behind Houston. Chris Woodward should be manager of the year . My baseball season is typically done by April 5th, this year Texas is in full playoff mode...

Strawberry nothing yet, tomatoes of all kinds slow going, zucchini ,cucumber ,peppers and pumpkins doing pretty good . All this rain isnt helping..

I hunted deer in Patten Maine, I didn't see a buck all week but saw a monster bull moose . Wish I had a tag at the time. 13 years later I cant wait to go back. Good luck .

My wife just spit her coffee out laughing ...now that was funny . I wanted to compare pellets in a 3.5 shell vs 3 vs 2 3/4 shells, anyone do that ? I remember shooting lead at ducks those were the days . Never a fan of steal shot. These new non toxic shot shells are nice but when a box of 10 cost as much as it does you shoot wisely. We use to play poker for shot shells at camp in my youth .

You really don't notice it, between having hunting clothing and the recoil pad it's not bad . I've shot it with a tshirt, now that's different.

I've probably shot couple hundred ducks over the years ,90% have fallen from my trusty mossberg 835 . 3.5 inch shells most of the time.

Lake placid always fun. The bob sled ride is a rip. The race track,grafton state park,moreau state park ,lake George, horse back riding at the many local places .
