The Swiss chard was great. First of anything out of the garden. It topped a venison burger. And some homemade horseradish from a friend .

Picked some Swiss chard from the garden (first pick from the garden this year) and tossed in a little olive oil, minced garlic, bacon pieces and put it over a venison burger. It's was great.

Been looking up a bunch and looks like either is prob fine. But will need to shoot them. Think I am going to order a 1/2 dozen Easton's and see how they shoot.

That's where I've been buying them but didn't see much left.

Well balz, Beman is out of business. Used the 340 classic Hunter forever. I was checking my arrow stock and could use a few. I'm down to about 10 and Beman is now out of business. Recommendations on a new arrow to replace them.... Looking for a 340 carbon. Easton's? Gold tips?

Ditto here. Its def not like last season. A guy at the launch that fishes there everyday and i don't mean he fishes a lot, he fishes everyday, was talking with him and he said its just been a grind. 2 other guys in walleye setup Lund's came over and asked if I was on fish cause they can't seem to get on them. One guy said he fished all afternoon into dark and got one keeper. They seem to be filled with little 1" minnows. At least the ones I've been getting. Hard to match that hatch. No big groups of boats anywhere , it's been tougher this year for sure. Banged out a limit on Friday, Sat only netted one and lost 2 at the boat. But not like last year when often done by 9am with a boat limit whether it's me or a couple of guys.

Is she single? I would make a trip to "Bangor".

Beers and worms. And a few root beers for underage and non alcohol drinkers . Have a few more to put in and a couple left already .

Another grind today. Had the limit on, lost two at the boat . One came off and hit the net on the way. Guy that fishes there everyday said he is seeing the same grind to get a limit. But good day nonetheless. And lunch with Charlie.

Saw some ammo at Walmart for the first time in a year. Not much but some .22 and some 308. I def won't be shooting just for some target shooting anytime soon. I've been able to get some online that I needed but to go to a store and buy it isn't even an option these days.
