  1. Id like e to buy this rifle and the 6.5 creedmore. I'll be at great escape in lake George on Saturday with nothing coming up. What do you think 500 for both? How far are you from there? I don't like crowds so hoping to skip out on having to go in but don't wanna leave them stranded. Green is good cash i mean.
  2. Venison steaks seasoned with steak and chops rub. Corn on the cob recipe off from Pinterest and it's outstanding. Steaks are in butter pepper and onions . Very moist. Wife's corn was out of water milk and butter let boil for 15 20 mins and earnest corn she's ever eaten.lol were trying the Lego diet lol.

  5. Used up smoked chicken corn on the cob threw in a cab of rotel. Peppers and onions and fresh tomato. Black beans and chicken taco seasoning with other seasonings. Pepper jack cheese Colby Jack and shredded taco cheese. Served over santitas tortillas chips.and a dolip of daisy sour cream. Wife's second helping.
  6. That was my first time ding a full rack of ribs and keep the steady 225 with the propane smoker. The last time I did vs ribs and they came out great. Ima newbie to smoking so it's all in practice. The smoke ring was perfect. It was the first time with 321 method on rack of ribs. I'll try again they did turn out great didn't think they'd fall off the bone but some people like that. I'm going on your being retired to do some smoking competitions in lol. Just something to pass the time and drink beer.
  7. Finished product absolutely delicious . 321 is the way to go. Call of the bone tender look at the pic.
  8. Out of smoker into grill. Got sometime to get happy with there bbq sauce.

  10. Just smoked the rack of ribs for 3hrs over hickory just put in tin foil. Trust the process right? They look great already. Rub was McCormick grill mates sweet and smoky. Then I'll baste with Stubbs or sweet baby rays.
  11. I wanna smoke a meatloaf it's my favorite meal from the oven. I'll be smoking a full rack of ribs tomorrow on sale at tops for 1.99 lb. Can't wait.

  13. I smoked for almost 5 hrs just to make sure at 250 in smoker. Le g and thigh was 160. Then injected with Creole butter and rest for 15 30 mins turned out very moist.
  14. Hickory smoked whole chicken. Served with ranch and bacon salad and watermelon.
  15. After resting and injection of Creole butter. Turned out great.

  18. Throwing in a while chicken with special rub then smoking over hickory. At 250 for 4 hours.

  21. Really I'll give it a try if not the wife might like it. She's obsessed with the new Arnold Palmer half and half alcoholic drinks. There good.
  22. How is it i wanted the grapefruit kind but couldn't find it. This one is like a lemonade it says on the box.
  23. This is for some strawberry daquarris. Maybe mix it with cranberry juice too.
