  1. Woke up this morning and drove down the road there's a nice potential buck dead on my neighbors lawn. Not 300 yards from my house. I hunt my back 5 acres and have had success but only had 2 bucks on cam last year. I think it was the spike from last year that got hit. Looked like he would have been a 4 or a 6 this fall. Hate living on a main road. So one of my target deer are gone. Looked like a nice size deer too.
  2. Drink water beat heat drill sergeant beat heat lol. Gonna be hanging in the pool and on the new 16x18 deck. And trying to stay cool with some mixed drinks and beer. Maybe some coronas. Can't now the lawn maybe putter in my garden.
  3. Tonight's dinner steak kabobs with onions peppers zucchini and squash and mushrooms. My homemade venison Ravi spaghetti sauce with polish sausage and pepperoni and all the fixing from scratch. with white pasta salad shells. Potato salad with bacon. The refrigerator to go with it. Bud light to wash it down.
  4. Homemade Ragu from venison and pepperoni and polish sausage and seasonings. But for supper was cube steak and bacon potatoes salad anthropology salad watermelon and whatever we got
  5. Jason Alden , luke combs and Lauren alaina at spac in saratoga. Also brothers Osbourne and friend Bentley at spac. And Clinton county fair is hosting Ronny milsap.
  6. Leftover smoked pork loin sandwich with broccoli salad and rice. Just as moist as yesterday wrapped in cheese cloth and tinfoil. Sweet baby rays and coleslaw on sandwich.
  7. Am I the only outcast way up north near canada. Wish I could make it too a rendevo. But I'm out in the middle of God's country. Let me no maybe I can make arrangements. Lots of bud light on tap and an American legion nearby to pre game.
  8. Smoked pork tenderloin injected with honey praline with rice for the wife and kids salad and veggies for me.
  9. Pork tenderloin is now testing for 10 minutes. Then ready to eat. Just injected with honey praline again.
  10. Watching the smoker with a bud light dilly dilly.
  11. Just put a pork loin on the smoker. Rubbed with steak and chops rub and brown sugar and injected with honey praline.Smoking with Apple wood and at 250" for 2 1 \2 hrs.
  12. Thanks tried it at a lower temp of 225 for 2hrs then the grill. Turned out great thanks for the advice. Nice and moist.
  13. Thanks first try nailed it nice and juicy went from recommended smoke time minus 25 degrees worked out great at 2 hrs
  14. Pineapple wood pork chops and cheesy potatoes and Brussels sprouts. See what's in your smoker for pics.
  15. First pic is off smoker. Second is type of sauce. Third is final results nice and juicy and moist. Great call for tonight's dinner.
  16. Three them on the smoker at 225 for 2 hours with the rub. Can't wait to see the finished results. Then onto grill.
  17. It will be good for the other players in his team to succeed cuz he should know there gonna try to shut him down. He had a he'll of a college career scoring wise. I would like to see him do well and become a star.
  18. Wish Plattsburgh had a farms market like that with the seafood. Only find that at a grocery store around here.
  19. Going to do some bone in pork chops on the smoker. Any advice on time and temp would be appreciated. Going to put a steak and chops rub from sam 's club with a little brown sugar added. Apple wood again then after hit the grill and top with stubb's sticky sweet.
  20. Finished country style ribs. Served with green beans. Sorry it was a rush had family health issues. First pic is of smoker. Second is finished barbecue.
  21. She just cleans the smoking racks and water holder and I just dump out the old ashes from the holder. I've only smoked in it maybe 15_20 times.
