    Not very unusual. I've been hearing shots before and after legal times in Akron for years. The whole firearms season in fact. Akrons a big area, LOL.

    Muzzleloaders going off in the dark here yesterday. Some were clearing their guns out, but I bet 1 or 2 might have been shooting at something. Just speculation though.

    I can see what u guys see in shed hunting. I spent hour upon hour looking, finding nothing. Near ready to give up, finally found my first on a deer trail, last February, a little 2 pt.. Think the neighbors heard me, LOL. I'm hooked, already been looking the last week of muzzle.

    I'm quite interested in the harvest numbers also. In talking to area hunters, harvest numbers should go up here, from last year. anyways.

    Not quite, still have one to hang up; 100 yd shot with the muzzleloader. Love those radish.

    Was a wet am hunt. Stayed dry with my bonnie. Out till 10 am. Only deer seen were the ones crossing the road, front of me a little after 6. Pulled the cams and blinds after.

    I'll continue to buy from Dicks. They have good deals sometimes. I don't know how much profit they obtain from weapons, but I,m sure it weighed in their decision..

    Eddie, enjoyed your readings. Some years are just off, I guess. That is what makes the good years, so special. I look at every year being best, if I can get out in the field and enjoy nature. You set a great example for all of us! Thank you.
