True. But all "weed" smokers always smoke it to get inebriated. Someone who uses chemicals (marijuana, alcohol or other dope) with the intent to alter their mental state are mentally ill. I agree with you, BUT Big Brother may make the disclosure of the information mandatory or no gun sale. Also Big Brother may make it a felony if you disclose false information. What happens if they deny the gun sale because you viewed Martha Stewart's cookie recipes because Martha is an ex-convict? Do they take away the firearms you presently posses? The SAFE Act is an excellent example how the deep state government of Cuomo will by hook or crook take your firearms while criminals run free.
