Succeed will never happen based on many points already raised. A foreign government owning land in our country/state does not make it sovereign land of that country, unlike an embassy. Also missing is the legal concept of eminent domain. If the government (NYS) wants the land, they will get it. This all plays out in the legal world. Long Island is geographically an island but cannot succeed from NYS because a (long long time ago) law exists basically declaring LI part of mainland NYS due to the bridges connecting it. I'm sure the same is true for Manhattan. Yes, the legal world works that way. Remember, the weather event Sandy? The meteorologists (science) declared it a superstorm. NYS Governor at the time, legally declared it a hurricane. This was so that victims of the event would receive better insurance coverage. Any claims that ended up in court had the insurance companies dealing with a hurricane event. The legal world, where all this would have to take place, works that way.

Perhaps they don't touch it because there is something else available at the same time they prefer more. Something they won't touch is something they will eat when there is nothing else available.

IMO, what is destroying this country is both the Left and Right defending and subjugating to their minority extremes, who politicize everything. Those minority extremes are the folks that will not compromise and are acting in the interest of their agenda and beliefs not the mainstream populace or the country. I believe most of this country is Left and Right moderates, capable of compromise for the greater good of the country and mainstream populace. Both sides need to abandon their extremes and let them become irrelevant third and fourth parties.

First should have been "...decision that reversed decades of established law..." because it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL which trumps (pun-intended) safety. Benjamin Franklin — 'Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.'

That's the difference between suburbia deer and rural deer. Suburbia deer are used to human scent and interaction, they do not blow out to the next county with an encounter, BUT they will pattern you and adjust their travel.

Appreciate the distance was 7-10 yards. Have to consider how for are "your" shots going to be.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with your statement I have bolded. There is no stronger way to say you are tough on guns than to disregard your oath and pass (rush through) unconstitutional laws to fulfill your tough on guns agenda. The anti-2A crowd LOVE this illegal and unconstitutional legal activism.

The above is a much better read. Although, " The wording in his decision clarifies that while guns will remain banned from any place of worship or religious observations, individuals who are tasked with security are permitted to carry firearms." I have heard some synagogues are going to challenge this on the basis that their congregations have been targets in the past and CCP holders would be welcome.

That's the best camo I've ever seen!

The weather, rain, isn't going to help either!

The broadhead does not know if it is attached to a bolt or arrow and if it is loosed from a bow (stick, recurve, compound) or x-bow. I suspect the text is trying to convey they will function, as advertised, up to 400 fps (which is x-bow territory).

First, this isn't challenging the NYS law. That will take going to SCOTUS and take as long as the Sullivan Act did! This is passing county law that contradicts NYS law. Regarding enforcement, that will occur at the state level, State Troopers, DEC, etc and the prosecution will occur at the state level. So this county law does not protect those in the county from the state.

Looks a little thick. I wonder if it was added to raise the comb and make sighting easier for the prior owner.

Remote kill switches for all vehicles

The tech has ALREADY been in the cars! That feature where the manufacturer can unlock your car for you could just as easily disable the vehicle. -
To purchase pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, in NYS you have to show ID and the pharmacy has to record in a book how much you purchased and when. This was caused by it being a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine. IMO, the same should be for marijuana. How else will NYS know if this is personal use or wholesale trafficking?

Ivermectin Study

Just because one reads articles, does not make one a free thinker. It simply makes you a reader! Reading articles online puts you in an algorithm that just feeds you more of the same content. A free thinker reads articles on BOTH sides of the issue with an open and objective mind; and then basis their position on the one backed by sound science, facts, logic, and common sense. -
Ivermectin Study

This is NOT a statement of fact but a distortion. The CDC and medical experts stated it was NOT PROVEN; which it isn't. It is not proven to treat COVID and being FDA approved for something else has no meaning or relevance. That makes it an experimental therapy for COVID at this point in time. It wasn't "criminalized" either. Doctors wanting to give it to their patients needed to comply and adhere to the laws that protect patients with respect to experimental therapies. Ask yourself, why didn't the makers of Ivermectin seek FDA Emergency Use Authorization during the pandemic? Lastly, how do you know Ivermectin " has never hurt anyone who took it. " Your words. Have you done a Freedom of Information (FOI) request of the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS)? -

Since you appear to be a fan of science and do some research, do some research on what anecdotal evidence is and then see if this article is just that. -

The bold is the fake news!!!! There is no proof Ivermectin helped those patients in any way!
