I'm in the market for a cooler. The 2 Colemans I have owned for nearly 20 years have both given out. I bought a cheap Igloo @ Walmart last year & it was horrible. Melting 5 bags of ice in a shady spot under my canopy over a 3 day weekend. The Coleman Extreme sounds like what I need.

Yes Hitler was right wing. Definitely not a liberal.

Funny how posting insults about "liberals" & "progressives" is civil but when the tides are turned it's chatacter assasination & attacks. Typical dish it out but can't take it childishness. Fact is if it wasn't for liberals & progeressives we would still be kissing the kings a-- & there would never have been the conservation movement that preserved the public lands & wildlife we hunt. Teddy Roosevelt was a progeressive.

I had an "Unlimited" (concealed carry) permit in Indiana. No reference to any firearm. You apply at the local Sherriff's office for a permit. "Personal protection" is the only thing one needs to put on the application. If your record comes back clean you get the permit., It is a blanket permit that covers any handgun. When I came to NY, I saw what was involved & said no way. 1st of all you have to lie. 2nd, you can be denied. 3rd & worst of all, it's a handgun redistration scheme.

When I drove truck back in the late '70s I remember my 1st coyote sigtings along the Ohio & White River bottoms in S Idiana. They were very rare in that area then. It was another 10 years or more before they become common in that state. I don't think mountain lions are as adaptable as coyotes, and they will take a lot longer to spread East. The scientists say that the ones that are being sighted East of the Mississippi are young males & females will only spread as the areas they inhabit become overcrowded.

That's one of the HOT ones isn't it. 1250 fps? I was considering one of those several years back, but opted for the M48 instead. -
I found a partialy trained 1 1/2 year old Springer @ the Humane Society when I was 16 & my current Brittany was a freebie rescue from a co-worker's daughter. Max was totally green @ 15 months & I had to invest in an e-collar. That is him in the PIX that I posted above.

Ya know, it ain't like she headed up the mountain when it was sunny, calm, +25°F & she got caught in a freakish, unexpected change in the weather.

You have to wade through a lot of text, but the conclusive evidence is revealed eventually & it is pretty amazing. WILD WESTERN MOUNTAIN LION ROADKILL VICTIM IN CONNECTICUT

I sold a Rugar "Old Army" percussion revolver on Gunbroker a few years ago. Even though it is of modern manufacture & to some extent, design, the fact that it was percussion ignition made it legal as an antique firearm under federal & most state laws. (even NY) It was also legal to ship via USPS as an antique. I did my homework before hand & found that a few states required it to be shipped to an FFL, NJ being one of them. Don't you know, the winning bidder of the 1st auction lived in NJ. I contacted him & for some reason he had a problem W/taking possession through an FFL so I canceled/relisted the auction. I ended up selling it to somebody in another state. While I think the NJ laws are ludacrous in respect to this type of firearm, I can only wonder what the guy was up to. Why couldn't he take shipment through an FFL? I have sold a lot of breech loading guns on GB & shipped them to FFLs. A Rugar "Old Army" is only capable of 6 shots, but when it is loaded to full power, it has the ballistic capbilities of a 45 CP, 800+ fps Mv W/a 243gr conical bullet. It is also very accurate..

Searching For Truth

Trade Unions and Nazi Germany When Hitler came to power in January 1933, he saw trade unions as exercising more power over the workers than he could. Therefore, trade unions were seen as a challenge to be dispensed with. Hitler knew that he needed the workers to be on his side but he could not allow trade unions to exert the potential power they had. Therefore, trade unions were banned in Nazi Germany and the state took over the role of looking after the working class. Just months after Hitler was appointed Chancellor, he took the decision to end trade unions in Nazi Germany. On May 2nd, 1933, police units occupied all trade unions headquarters and union officials and leaders were arrested. The funds that belonged to the trade unions – effectively this was workers money – were confiscated. However, Hitler had to be careful. He had only been in power for a few months and there were many members of the working class he had to deal with. If the working class movement in Germany organised itself, it would have presented the new Chancellor with a lot of major issues that would have to be dealt with. Removing trade union leaders helped this but it did not fully guarantee that the working class would ‘behave’ itself. Hitler had to offer the workers something more. Hitler announced that the German Labour Force, headed by Robert Ley, would replace all trade unions and would look after the working class. The title was chosen carefully. The new organisation was deliberately cloaked in patriotism, as it was now a German entity as was seen in its title. The working class was now a ‘labour force’. The Nazi Party did all that it could to ensure the workers felt that they were better off under the guidance of the Nazi Party via the German Labour Front." TRADE UNIONS & NAZI GERMANY "Right to work" is a term that is cloaked in patriotism. -
