  2. Thanks for the reminder, i need to get more contacts, almost out.
  3. The most meaningless threads are becoming flame wars. LOVE this forum.
  4. I drove by that area recently. Saw an AMAZING buck hanging out on the side of the road. They really should just let us hunt in backyards.
  5. I used to watch a different one that had turkeys and deer all the time. Even had 1 that was a road kill drop site, so youd see predators at night eating the road kill.
  6. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/30409.html DMPS are up. 1 of my areas went from High to Medium. 1 from Low to Medium. And 1 stayed at PP Required.
  7. I got it once a couple of turkey seasons ago. 1 of my favorite fishing spots has a ton of it, but it doesnt seem to be affecting me, since i know i have walked through it there. Fingers crossed.
  8. I guess the difference is that the 3 WMUs i hunt have different probability's every year. So i'm anxious to see what they will get this year.
  9. I am sitting here waiting for the DMP information to get released. Need to know what WMU i am going to try for this year. Man, it feels like the seasons coming so close and this info isnt up yet. Gonna pull all my hair out. Anyone else?
  10. Dinsdale, its cool if you disagree, but dont taunt him for it. Not Junior High.
  11. Question: Will I get a ticket for carrying my license/tags in the holder on my back? Answer: The Environmental Conservation Law requires hunters outside of the Northern Zone and the Catskill Park to display the numbered back tag in the middle of their back. However, carrying your license or carcass tags in the back tag holder is not recommended because a significant number of licenses and carcass tags are lost each year along with the back tag holder. For that reason, the DEC strongly recommends that licenses and carcass tags be carried in secure interior pockets, safe from loss.
  12. Seems like i need to get extras, and put 1 on each article of hunting clothing, and each bag lol. Also they are free(from DEC website) Question: I lost my back tag holder and all of my back tags, what do I do? Answer: Lost back tags (the small numbered portion only) may be replaced by any license issuing agent. There is no replacement fee for back tags.
  13. Looks like a sold out show though.
  14. I had 1 disappear from the woods. Turns out it took a picture of the property owner peeing in the woods, she took it down, had her kids delete the pictures and returned it to me. Funny Stuff lol.
  15. Imagine sitting in your stand and that herd runs past. Wont have time to shoot. And after they are gone you will be sitting wondering if the fresh air is messing with your head and making you see things.
  16. Err, hes got a leg in his mouth. Woah.
  17. Id buy poison ivy to mess with my enemies. LOL
