3d shoots

Is anyone gearing up for the 3d season in Central NY? I just got my new to me bow tuned and will head to the West Winfield shoot this Sunday. The schedule is up on the CNY archery website. 

We never managed our get together last year, maybe it will work out this year? @swampbucks,@otto,@robhuntandfish

I would def like to go.  last year i had late summer bow issues.  But i would go.  used to go to a lot of them but i shoot less and less these days.  But would be interested .  Let me know when the schedule comes out maybe we can figure on of those to go to.  i usually dont start shooting til at least August , so would be pretty rusty til then.  Lol

We can catch a late one so you do get a little practice in. It doesn't matter much really as I don't care much about the scores. I just try to improve my own shooting. The schedule is up on cny archery site,so we should pick one of the late ones and try to make it happen this year.

Sounds good. I usually don't even keep a score , just do it for the practice and confidence booster. Will check out the schedule. Thanks

         I could do : Aug 7th Waterville (although if bad weather the weekend prior might be doing food plots that weekend)

                            Aug 28th Cassity Hollow 

                            Sept 4th  Waterville 

                            Sept 18th Cassity Hollow

Any of those is probably good for me,it is practically hunting season then,almost anyway.

I had a great time last Sunday and shot quite well. I am very happy with my new bow. I may go to the cassety Hollow shoot this Sunday, not 100%. The streams are starting to look good as well.

I shot my first 3-D shoot in probably 10 years this morning. I went out with some of my 4-H kids and families and had a blast. Shot a 268 hunter class, I’m not a bit disappointed with that. I’m even more happy that between all in the group, only 1 arrow was lost (and it was one of the kid’s dad’s).
