We set ours up on 2' high concrete piers so critters couldn't live under it. we use OSB tounge and groove sub flooring ot top ....1/2" CDX plywood underneath and 6" of unfaced insulation in th cavity. we have carpet in the bunk room and loft and will be carpeting the main area next summer. Cold feet are never a problem

Sounds like type of set up Culvert has...but I thinka layer of tyvek would be good as a vapor barrier....our camp has a block foundation with windows 4 1/2 ft...with a drive type of vapor barrier then gravel over lay....the moisture over the years still rotted out the floor wood under one bedroom....so we had to replace...talking 35 years but still a pain to do

i'd cover the gap between the floor and ground around the outside with a roll of 1/4 in welded mesh screen. damn porkies will eat their way in from the floor up. love the glue and salts in plywood. And then throw a bucket of ramik poision bars under building as well to kill mice and such that get under your fencing.

I used 3/4" T&G OSB... I'm off the ground 3' so it's tough for the porks to get a good grip to eat at the floor.. be careful of the new plywoods.. the newer "green" type glues tend to delaminate over time... after 28 years of being a building I have found that OSB has proven itself to be far superior than most of the modern plywoods for longevity.

Advantech is always my choice... I have pulled up and replaced more delaminated plywood floors and roofs than I can remember. I am also a believer in 1/2" OSB and clips for roof sheathing as well... in fact I seldom use plywood for anything unless the customer requests it... and I always try to talk them out of it.
