100% Bobcat, likely a male because it appears to be a good size. Males run up to 30ish pounds from what I just googled.

You would see the spots if it were in natural light. See the black band on the ear tops

If you measure the size of something else in the photo you can figure out its size, good luck with the weight.

60+, not being a dink just saying its very difficult to guess a weight of an animal you aren't accustomed to seeing. That cat looks to be every bit of 30 pounds to me, short body, short legs and built for speed.

If you look at the vegetation around him...you can see the relative size...also I don't think Mnt.lions have dark spots behind the ears as bobcats do

My guess is bobcat, mt. lions have a good size tail and I don't see any tail in that pic.
