Just had two bucks walk bye finally I see something ... now one in range maybe

Still havnt seen nything besides a crap load a geese n ducks, think I'm callin it quits here shortly

7j ground blind til 9 then moved to this stand. After 15 mins had a button buck come through just breaking every dead twig on his way. Walked by me at 15 yards, sounded like an army of deer or chipmunks. Nope just him by his lonesome looking to die. Hopefully others let him go too, need some mature bucks with those dumbass genes.

Spooked 4 in the field and then 4 at the edge of the woods (maybe the same group???)

Real still morning and seen absolutlely nothing as far as deer goes. Great day to be in the woods.

3:20 pm. Back in my ground blind on edge of soy field. Have some turkey decoys out. Hoping they will calm the deer long enough to get a shot... Of course assuming I dont get skunked again.

Just did a round trip from Roch. to Buffalo on the thruway. Left at 11:00 dropped the youngest off,stopped by the oldest's place got back home around 3:00.

The deer were out everywhere feeding mid day . Fields, side of the road all over, singles and many groups. Saw one buck thrashing a bush .

looked like a good time to be out.

Deer have been moving all day here in 4r. Saw two good 8's this morning in field again when i pulled up but they never came past my stand. Back in the stand now its a great day to be out. Good luck to everybody hunting tonight!!

Got in my stand and heard my neighbors out walking around talking.... one of the drawbacks of hunting small parcels of land.

No rain here its actually perfect out. Light south wind cool temps...just need some deer. Will say i am hearing lots of target shooters in all directions.

Second day - saw nothing within bow range. Gonna give it one more shot tomorrow morning. If nothing then I'm done for two weeks.

Soaked! Had a family of four slicky doo-da's cruise by in the clover field.... on the way out counted about 20ish white flags. At least i know they are around.....

In stand for 45 minutes now. Jumped one on the way in. All my summer scouting appears to have been worth very little. The deer's environment has changed so much. Hopefully the cold (37 deg) will get them active this morning.

Slow morning out here in Suffolk. Been in stand all morning. Neither me or my son has seen anything. Nothing moving. Hope afternoon will be better.

Just had a red tail hawk buzz by my head about 18 inches from me. Not the action I'm looking for. Lol.

Interesting morning. Very cold. Managed to rattle in a buck, but he never gave me a shot. Just cruised by. Waited an hour+ for him to come back around to no avail. Walked some trails after that and when we got back to the car there are 3 doe in the field across the road. D'oh!

Shot a doe at 10yards , 9am. Went 50-60 yards and tipped.
