Not sure I understand the rings for the eggs. I have them cause they came in the pancake kit but don't love them

Yea it’s essentially pointless. Unless someone wanted perfect circles for some weird presentation.

In all my years working in restaurants we never used them ever

 I always found if the cooking surface is hot enough the eggs dont really spread out ,they start to cook as they hit the hot surface .

First cook, so I kept it simple...

FE20-F4-A8-7-E1-E-4-CFE-9-D3-B-84-D6-D8-

 

Have some bugs to work through to make things go smoother, but overall things went well and the grub was delicious. Any particular brand of paper towels that doesn't leave lint all over while cleaning the griddle surface? Or is lint just considered flavor for the next cook?

Have some bugs to work through to make things go smoother, but overall things went well and the grub was delicious. Any particular brand of paper towels that doesn't leave lint all over while cleaning the griddle surface? Or is lint just considered flavor for the next cook? 

No issue with bounty for me

I bought a bundle of kitchen towels on amazon and use one for the final wipedown

How did the toll forgiveness program work for traveling with the blackstone ? Do you need to show proof or they just see it in the front seat and wave you through?
