fasteddie
Standing on top of an ATV with a loaded shotgun . Isn't that considered "hunting from a motorized vehicle" ?

shawnhu
Is this in NY? If so, it's not fine.
irish_redneck
Not legal in NY. Even leaning a loaded rifle or shotgun against a ATV or truck is illegal Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

Doc
as long as it's not moving it's fine. Now don't be misleading people with that comment. According to you, if I pull over and shoot at wild game, because the vehicle is not movin,g it's legally ok. ........... NOT TRUE! Let's not be giving out bogus info relating to laws. I don't want to think that something on this site might mis-lead members into getting a fairly serious ticket. I'm hoping that this video is from some other state where this sort of thing is legal. But don't anyone try it here in NYS.
