Well I would like to see the person or persons responsible for this guys mental evaluation before he was released on supervised parole has to say about this. Seems to me they better check over every person these people are responsible for releasing.

You and I both know it's already illegal for him to even possess, let alone own a gun. What are they gonna do, make it extra-super-mega-illegal?
