Supposedly this. Is the proposed federal list. Notice toward the bottom when they make reference to ANY firearm that has ever been issued to LEO or military. That pretyy much covers most of what people hunt with.

Of course, there is no end to this hysteria. Look, when they have defined a front handle on the forestock as being a rifle feature that makes it a threat to society, that tells me that there is no limit to their intent to remove every gun. So those that would defend additional gun bans and restrictions, and defend those that are calling for them, understand that your whimpering about so-called assault rifles and such is just feeding the frenzy. And if you have any guns that you think are safe from this "ban-mania" it should be starting to occur to you just how extensive this movement really is that you have chosen to align yourself with.

I think this may be a case where political idealogy is getting in the way of reasonable recognition of what is really happening in their personal lives. I would guess that if you are a devoted Cuomo/Biden/Obama fan and voted for them, it may be a bit difficult to admit that they are attempting to dismantle your rights to use your gun. It's interesting to watch people wrestle with that conflict. It's got to be tough.

Actually, "Assault Weapons" bans are unconstitutional, according to Supreme Court decisions over time. Ironically, ownership is justified in the "well regulated militia" clause. The Supreme Court has ruled on numerous occasions, that ownership of military style weapons is justified, due to the fact that it is the responsibility of all able bodied men to defend the freedom of the state. This is good ammunition to use against the leftists.

What is a barrel shroud? Every semi auto hunting rifle has something covering part of the barrel so that you can obviously hold it from the barrel? Is this what they are referring to by a barrel shroud?

She is a disturbing individual. She didn't call for the death penalty of the man who killed her husband and others, but she did call for the banning of 10+ round magazines. I guess she didn't want to see a fellow democrat put to death for his criminals actions. Those democrats should be ashamed to show there faces in public.
