This is well and good until some one uses a ball point pen to intentionally harm or hurt another person, then the Govt will be calling to ban all ball point pens!!!

Pens are dangerous. Someone might accidentally be killed in a pen stabbing crossfire. Just sit there and watch the guy shoot people, until he has to reload then rush him. LOL ! Half of these antis are morons and the other half will say anything to push their anti agenda. In this case my feeling is this guy is a moron. The idea that people don't need guns to defend themselves, and others, against bad guys who are attacking them with guns, defies logic.
