They're On The Plane.

My wife & daughter are on the plane and heading north from Orlando.  Plane lands around 10:05 this morning.  My son and I survived quite well for the last 6 days, only had pizza once and that was last night.  I got a bunch of chores done around the spread......p/u all the remaining dog turds, painted doors, door frames and a couple window frames, 4 loads of laundry yesterday (folded/hung and stashed appropriately) kept the dog and cat alive, only looked at one porn site (thanks Dan and I won't say which Dan!) and ALL the dishes are clean.

 

They went down to visit my wifes father, 84 year old PIA........It certainly wasn't a vacation, more of an obligation unfortunately.  They did a couple fun things; air boat ride and another (of many over the years) trip to Gatorland.

sounds like you kept busy & got a lot done. My wife and two girls went down to NYC for a few days. I planned on getting some stuff done around the house but ended up helping my my brother install some new floors (FUN!!) at his house for 2 days.

X3 on the turds. LOL!! Im heading out there right now. The wife went out in the yard yesterday to grill & when she came back in she b--ched about it for 20 mins.

The wife picks up the turds. Don't know how I won that battle....I certainly lose the war. But I have to tote them to the dump, and I think that is worse because those bags always leak or get torn on a tie down or something in the truck bed. Yuck.

 

I didn't bring the dogs into the relationship though, so I had that on my side.
