Incompetent principle, school board and police officers attempt to send antigun message by persecuting teen.

there were no laws broken by the student. the bias acts of the principal are obvious when he said " Gary wouldn't have been expelled if he had admitted that he was wrong in parking the truck with the unloaded weapons on school grounds."

 

the board then found Gary had not parked on schools grounds nor had he broken any laws.

 

in this case it is the principal who needs to be expelled / terminated from his position as he is prejudice and acts without any reference to the law. he is the one who broke the law with his actions and having his act reversed without himself suffering consequences is appalling.

He should never have been expelled and he didn't do anything wrong.  What I did find funny is that in one video, his mom was saying how such a great kid is was.  In the second video, all kids interviewed said how much of a trouble maker this kid is.  Regardless is he is a good kid or a bad kid, he didn't do anything wrong in this case.

Here is a case where perhaps the wronged student should have pressed the case even further and gone for punitive awards and perhaps the dismissal of the principal for abuse of power. Not being a lawyer, I don't know whether there were really legal grounds for that, but it seems to me that this principal dodged the bullet and escaped punishment for a very alarming personal vendetta against a student. That man should no longer be entrusted with a position where he can negatively impact so many people.

This kid did nothing wrong. This is just another example of how the anti gun crowd will out and out lie and fabricate events in order to push their anti agenda. The principal said that his concern is that if the guns were in a vehicle parked on , or in this case close to, campus then a student could leave school, go get the gun and return to use the gun against people in the school. That makes no sense. How many students live close to campus and have guns in their homes?? Lying little rats.

Typical of school system, I did not watch the video but if you heard some of the stuff spewed against gun owners in schools you would probably accuse them of brain washing.  Like our media likes to spew out how all guns are bad.  It is only going to get worse.  Loosing battle.
