Rolph's in Albany

Just picked up 20 lbs of sausage, half garlic half hot from this little pork shop on Lexington in downtown smallbany.  They did a nice job!

Dropped off 15 lbs of venison on Tuesday, at least 20 lbs end product done by Friday.  I've already had the hot courtesy of a buddy a month ago, it was awesome.  Looking forward to getting some of this garlic on the grill.  60 bucks seems like a decent deal?  It was the last of my non-ground up venison from last year.

Rolph's has been around for a very long time. There's good reason for that!! Great deal on some excellent sausage. Let me know how ya like the garlic?

Love it there ,try their andoule sausage .

Did they say the min amount of venison needed . The pepperoni is worth a try too , venison pepperoni that is .

I think I overcooked them a tad, say maybe 8 minutes a side on the grill next time?

Been to Rolph's .... picked up some nice Blood Pudding there ! Just walking in makes ya want to pull up a chair and start eating !
