mattysuto
ill let you all know... This is what i really enjoy about living out here in WA... when i go buy my tags, I buy.. My Deer(Blacktail) any deer buck or Doe, Elk tag( depending what unit i hunt can be a bull or cow but in my unit its 3 point min or better), Bear- any bear, and last tag is Cougar- any cougar.... have a bunch roaming around my hunting area.. Scary shit if you have never seen a cat that big!!, .. i buy all 4 of those tags for $106 dollars, and we start hunting Sept 1st, and dont stop still Dec 31st. Thats for Deer only, but they break up all the seasons, they have early season archery and late season archery, same with Elk... but only thing that sucks is you have to choose either Archery or Gun.. you cant hunt both with out specail draw permits... and you have to choose eaither Eastern WA or Western WA.. i hunt Western....But i will deff keep u all posted on how i do and if i get a bull.....or if any of my guys at camp take a bull... last year we took 2 4X4 rag horn bulls between 5 of us... i ended up with over 200lbs of meat in my freezer, and we butcher them our selves, have steaks, burger, back strap, Loins.. its best meat ive ever had... I grew up in Western NY (Varysburg to be Exact) so alls we had is cow or deer venison... if any yall interest in ever coming out to hunt id be glad to "guide" ya on a hunt...
