Just wanted to give props to a great company.My 3 year old binoculars were very loose,called Leupold and was told to send them in.3 weeks later I got a brand new pair free of charge,you can't beat that for customer service.I well only buy there products from now on.I have 3 or 4 Leupold scopes and a spotting scope.After this I well only buy Leupold.

I've sent a few of their scopes back for service and had nothing but stellar service. One older 2.5-8 pistol scope was replaced with a brand new model, all repaired scopes were flawlessly repaired or upgraded.

I bought a used 1.5x 5  VX3 several years ago. As it was going on a heavy recoiling rifle, I called Leupold and asked if they  could inspect it before I mounted it. They told me to ship it to them and they would take it apart, clean, inspect and return to factory new specs, and return it to me free of charge, within a week! Amazing..

Well, when you buy something with a lifetime warranty, it shouldnt surprise you that they get replaced when they are broken.

 

Leupold has good stuff, but I buy Vortex, same warranty, just as good of glass and less pricey.

I have never bought any of their products , it sounds like they take care of their customers , which says a lot for a company these days.
