Anyone ever seen, or heard, or had any other paranormal encounters with "The Other Side", or something that happened that there was no logical explanation for?

I think I just had a visitor, that's why I ask,lol

... I'm being serious even with the lol.

Let's hear some spooky, or angelic guardian angel stories.....

I'll bet every ones  got  at least one or two unexplainable phenomena they can relate to this post.

I've had sleep paralysis a couple of times.  Not a fun experience but it is an explained phenomenon so I guess that makes it: A. Not as scary since I'm a believer of science and. B. Not relevant to your post.

My grandmother owned a b&b in chocton ny and she had what she called the blueberry ghost. Anytime she made something with blueberries in it stuff from kitchen came up missing. Everything from whole pies to spatulas and other items. Really wierd situation. She actually had ghost hunters come to the property and they said they had evidence of them...actually led her out in the yard and said a ghost said dig here. So I dug there for all of about a min and within a shovel or two found a old old old horseshoe. Wierd but did it make me a believer idk yet...lol funny topic wooly

Wife's Italian grandmother always had lasagna at Thanksgiving as a side dish.  She said it was a family tradition to continue.  One Thanksgiving after after she passed on, my mother-in-law was not feeling well and skipped making the lasagna.  That is the only year that we had burned turkey and burned stuffing.  There two people assisting in the kitchen as usual too.

 

Since then the lasagna is made and the turkey is always perfect.

 

Apparently she checks in an lets us know she was displeased.

True story.

As a teenager, my pals and I would go into the cemetery at night to get stoned. We'd climb atop one of the big mausoleums and have some pretty deep conversations about the many wonders of the world. Well on one brightly moonlit night we all saw an apparition stumble through a large hedge. It tumbled out the other side then vanished, but the hedge never moved.  All 3 of us seen it and looked at each other and said, "what the F**K was that"!

So my sleep paralysis story.

I was in college at the time and fell asleep with the night light on.  I woke up but couldn't move.  Out of the corner of my eye I saw a shadow by the door.  I couldn't turn my head to it so the whole time I was watching it from the corner of my eye.  The shadow was hunched over like it was trying to tip-toe from one side of the room to the other but immediately was startled when I had opened my eyes and noticed it.  It then slowly stood up and turn towards me.  Then it floated towards me and was reaching out it arm.  The whole time I was trying to yell all kinds of profanity at it but the only sounds I was making was the sound some one would make if they're grasping for air.  Finally, the shadow tapped my shoulder and started to giggle.  The moment it tapped my shoulder, I regained control of my body and jump up and yelled, "WTF!?!" but the shadow was gone.  Never having had sleep paralysis before but having heard about it, I realized what it was and went back to sleep.

I don't know if that qualifies as a paranormal encounter, or a hallaucination, but damn man..., back in my hay days, the difference between reality and under the influence were hard to define.

Saw a white orb at a funeral last year for a friend. Saw it go across the church then straight up. I was dumbfounded and never told anyone until a few months ago. For sure his spirit, young man and a beautiful family.

I live in.the house that my wife's grandparents lived in its an upper and lower house we live down stairs after they passed we let a friend move in upper stairs one day I could hear some one walking around up stairs but I.knew my buddy was at work so I.ran to the front door and back door to n see if some one broke in then v came back down stairs and could still hear some one walking around up there so I.called my friend and he said use the spare key and check it out sure enough there wasn't any one up there I hear it all the time

Many years ago, 35+ years ago, I was working on my girlfriend's car adjusting the tranny linkage. Jackstands, wheel chocks and all safety precautions in place as I remember. She suddenly screamed, " get away from there!"

I rolled out from under the car to see what she was freakin' about, and the car dropped. When I took a look to find out what had happened, one of the chocks had been kicked away from the wheel and the car had twisted off the stands. There was no-one around and I know that I didn't screw up.

She told me that her long-dead grandmother who used to own the farm didn't like me for some reason.

Very weird stuff! Our relationship didn't last very long after that. Wasn't worth the risk I guess.

A month ago, my fiance's grandfather passed at home surrounded by the family and under hospice care. While he was making the transition into the next life, we would sit and talk with him and reassure him that his work was complete and that we would all be ok. While sitting there, I saw a white orb float right above him.

I go through it about 6 times a year. Freeky stuff until I figured out what it was.
