negotiating $ didn't pan out. Their loss IMO. I know my stuff,  very little training needed, great people person, millions of dollars sold of retail at current job, 23 years working for same company.  Bummed to say the least. Perfect fit for the company .

Most stores have one or two heads, with the rest, well lets say " less experienced help," to put it in a nice manner.  The Cabelas stores I've been in seem to to hire good knowledgeable sales people.  I would hope this new store will exhibit the same type of staff.

 

I assume Red installed the flagging appliances. Good job!  Very true to the corner of the building. I look for your footprint in the cement, as I tour the establishment LOL.

The greatest thing I liked about Cabelas when it Wasn't here is that there was no sales tax mail order because of no stores in NY, Now we have to pay the Gov.....

When I stopped at that Gander in Middletown there must have been 20 pallets of deer feed / deer cane / mineral licks. Wonder how much of that stuff makes up their sales in the hunting section.
