20 inches is a BIG spread on a whitetail.  The attached field judging link gives a good example of what a true 20 + inch spread can look like.  If the smaller buck in that example is only 21 inches, the one in the video above is probably a couple of inches under 20.

Greater than 20".

 

I stick with my initial estimate of greater than 20" (OUTSIDE SPREAD). Assuming tip of ear to tip of ear is 16" on a whitetail, I think this buck is just bigger than 2" on each side, thus giving him 20"+ as an outside spread.

Good example steve.  Impressive spread on the OP's buck regardless, but based on your example, I agree its less than 20.  Your first estimate may be close.  Depends on whether we are looking at inside or outside spread.
