Anybody have any pictures of odd-shaped trees?

Those big knots are called burls and can be highly valued by woodworkers as they sometimes have spectacular grain running through them making especially nice knife scales.

This arrow is in the tree about 30ft up the tree. Of course it’s on the hills of Letchworth Park. Someone shooting across ridges.

Yup! That is an old-timer. I have seen them that size on our hill. The second pic looks like a great place to have a seat and take a break.
