My new Goose Gun

Recommended Posts

Shucks...!!...I can shoot darn near that fast with my 11-87 plugged for 3 shots, as long as I have a BIG pocket on the right side of my hunting coat to keep scooping handfulls of shells up into the loading port....<< grin>>...

Hehehehe...jeeze, Eddie, you sound like Winchester 1200 type of guy.. That's got to be the ugliest pump gun ever made !!.

Heck, I've shot Remington autos all my life, and the only failures I ever had was when I melted down a couple of barrels..

That pansy ass Russian dude was shooting skeet loads..I can shoot that fast with 3 inch mags ...

My hunting buddies don't call me " BELT FED"  for nothing....LOL...

Nice, wouldn't mind having one in the safe.

And I agree Eddie, I've seen MANY Remington semi autos jam because of that ridiculous nylon O-ring design.

I had an 1100 that I almost wrapped around a tree due to that dam O- ring!   Never shot it again& sold it!  All pump action guns now.

I love my Remington gas guns, but I would be lying if I said I hadn't replaced a few o rings over the years.

My 11-87 SP was especially rough on them until I put a few hundred rounds through it..Once it got broke in it's been fine..

I do check the o rings very frequently. I consider it part of the routine maintenance, along with keeping the ports, pistons and mag tube clean.
