Yup.....That was my guess. I was surprised because I have seen stray cats going in and out, but never saw a litter of young ones. I have seen a coyote heading in there a year or two ago. It might have been something that he dragged in there.

Very small cat. Width plus length and your probably around 4-5".

NOW for prices like that..they should be on the DEC' trappers list...A fall ferel cat season...seriously though how many of you trappers considered getting fleshing beetles and selling the skeletons of you kills...my be worth much more than just the hides. Well worth a little more time.

i know a guy and graduated with his wife.  he's got beetles for euro mounts.  don't know what it entails but I'd rather not have that stuff IN the house until complete.

What a great Alfred Hitchcock style movie that would make. Instead of "The Birds", you could call it "the Beetles". Flesh eating beetles ..... it kind of gives me the creeps just thinking about it.
